For the health and safety of our staff, volunteers, and beloved community we have made the decision to host our annual Run Forrest Run 5k trail run and 1 mile fun run/walk virtually.

The RFR Virtual Race gives you the opportunity to get active, celebrate your 4 legged friends, and support a great cause while maintaining social distancing guidelines.  Where and how you complete your race is up to you! Head out to your favorite park for a run, take time to explore a new route on a nice walk, or stay indoors and hit the treadmill – the choice is yours.
